Ehta is Finnish and means pure and real. That is the main idea behind our catering: serving pure flavors in delicious dishes with strong Scandinavian origin. Our roots are in the Nordic nature; forests, lakes, snow and northern lights. Our mission is to introduce our customers to the very same flavors we grew up with: meatballs, gravad lax, cinnamon rolls, herring in all possible sauces, Karelian rice pastries, creamy salmon soup, freshly picked  berries or mushrooms. The Scandinavian flavors are simple, but delicate. They will leave you satisfied and reconnected to the nature. Using local products we are able to take you on a culinary trip to Scandinavia.
