Foraging berries and mushrooms is considered everyman´s right in the Nordic countries. We love to create delicious pies and pastries made with forest blueberries, lingonberries and cloudberries which have grown in the wild. A piece of a lovely blueberry-quark pie or tangy lingonberry pie will be a delightful desert, breakfast or a coffee treat. We also love our chocolate and make wicked kladdkaka, mudpie which is irresistible with home made vanilla custard.
